About the Position Do you have experience in customer service or another customer-facing role, are comfortable with systems, and want to work in a quality-focused customer support team of 8 people where you can combine service mindset with strong system knowledge? Our client in Sollentuna/Rotebro is now looking for a new colleague for their Customer Support team with immediate start. About the Role As a Customer Support representative, you are the company's first point of contact with corporate clients and are responsible for creating a positive customer experience. Your tasks include: Answer inquiries via phone and email about secure transport, deliveries, and orders. Handle and administer cases in Salesforce. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer cases. Represent the company with high service mindset and professionalism. We're Looking for You Who: Do not have payment remarks or legal judgments that show up in a background check. Have experience working in customer support via phone, email, and/or chat. Are comfortable working with the Office suite, especially Excel. Have a complete upper secondary education. Speek Swedish and English fluently, both spoken and written. Are comfortable working 100% on-site in Rotebro together with your team. About the Employment This is a consulting assignment with employment at OIO with the idea that you will be permanently recruited by our client over time.
