(Sybring) We are now seeking a driven Consultant Sales Professional who wants to be part of developing our business in Eastern Gothland. About the Role As a Consultant Sales Professional at Sybring, you are responsible for identifying, developing, and growing business with both existing and new customers primarily in Eastern Gothland. You will sell consulting services and staffing solutions in areas such as: Information and Cybersecurity Project Management and Management Software Development Mechanics and Product Development You will work closely with our consultants, our network of specialists, and company management to create long-term business relationships and find the right expertise for customer needs. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new customers in the industrial, technology, and public sectors Build and develop long-term customer relationships Identify consulting needs and present the right expertise Drive the entire sales process from first contact to agreement Conduct customer meetings, both digitally and in person Collaborate with recruitment and consultant managers to ensure high quality delivery Participate in networking events, trade shows, and other business development activities We are Looking for You as Have documented experience in B2B sales Have experience selling services, consulting solutions, or staffing Are experienced in creating new business and building long-term customer relationships Have strong self-motivation and thrive working toward set goals Have good business acumen and the ability to identify customer needs Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing Have a valid Class B driver's license Desirable Qualifications Experience from the consulting industry in IT, technology, or management Established network within the industrial or technology sector in Eastern Gothland Experience selling security or technical consulting services We Offer A key role in a growing consulting firm Great freedom with responsibility Opportunity to influence and develop both your own role and the company's business An engaged team with short decision-making processes Fixed monthly salary with competitive base salary and attractive variable compensation Occupational pension and other benefits according to agreement Application Selection is ongoing, so do not delay submitting your application.
