Within Financial Services Business Consulting in Stockholm, we help banks, insurance companies, and asset managers develop customer-centric strategies, business models, and value propositions in a rapidly changing market. We are now seeking an experienced consultant in Customer Value Proposition & Experience with expertise in driving transformations from insight to realized business value. Responsibilities Lead the development of customer-centric value propositions and business models, and drive transformations from insight to pilot and scalable launch Drive customer segmentation and customer insights work to identify and realize future customer value Lead and drive innovation processes and service development in cross-functional teams, and in transformation projects with AI applications Translate CX strategies into concrete initiatives with clear business impact Identify business opportunities with existing and new customers, and drive growth in line with defined objectives Qualifications 5–10 years of experience in the financial sector and/or consulting industry. Experience in the consulting role is required Documented experience in developing new value propositions and customer-centric business development Experience driving innovation, product development, or transformations Strong ability to connect customer insights to business results Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues Academic degree from a university or college Very good knowledge of Swedish and English Who Are You?
