We are seeking an experienced chef for Être, a French bistro located on Lilla Torg in Malmö.
At Être, cooking is about passion, pride, and craftsmanship. We combine classical French cuisine with a warm, vibrant, and modern bistro atmosphere.
We are looking for someone who loves their craft, appreciates quality ingredients, and wants to work in a dedicated team where quality, collaboration, and community are central.
We are looking for someone who:
Has at least 7 years of experience as a chef, preferably with French cuisine experience
Works calmly, methodically, and structured even during high-pressure situations
Enjoys working as part of a team – for us, personal chemistry is just as important as experience
Takes pride in your craft and has an eye for detail
Takes responsibility, shows initiative, and enjoys contributing ideas
Wants to grow together with the restaurant
Has a positive attitude and contributes to a good work environment
