We are looking for someone who wants to combine qualified work as an industrial electrician with being a strong sounding board and mentor to our young team of industrial electricians.
About the Role and Your Mentorship
As an industrial electrician with us, you will work with installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance. You ensure daily operations both in our electrical workshops and in the field.
In this senior role, you will also receive extended responsibility:
• Guide colleagues: You share your professional expertise with the team's younger talents.
• Drive improvements: You contribute valuable insights to preventive maintenance work.
• Create confidence: Your experience contributes to a calm, safe, and methodical approach within the team.
The position may involve travel and on-call duties.
About You

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• Extensive experience: At least 5 years (preferably significantly more) of experience with electrical and automation work in industry.
• Strong technical competence: Good knowledge of instrumentation and advanced troubleshooting.
• Safety focus: A strong interest in health, environment, and safety matters.
• Communication skills: Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Practical requirements: B-class driver's license and good PC skills.
Previous experience with the SAP business system is a plus, but not required.
