About the Role We are now seeking an engaged and results-oriented case manager to join our team within the Rusta och Matcha service. In your role as a case manager, you will work in a coaching and supportive manner with our participants. Your primary task is to equip and motivate individuals to help them enter employment or regular education as quickly as possible. The work involves daily contact with participants, assessments, matching activities, and documentation and administration according to Arbetsförmedlingen guidelines. Qualifications (Requirements) To be eligible for the position, you must have at least 1 year of experience specifically in Rusta och Matcha, and meet Arbetsförmedlingen's formal competency requirements for advisors according to either Alternative 1 or Alternative 2 below: Alternative 1 Education: University education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system). The field of study is optional. Work experience: At least two (2) years of full-time work experience. Alternative 2 Education: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with satisfactory results. Work experience: At least three (3) years of full-time experience (or equivalent part-time) in, for example, management, recruitment, transition work, study and career guidance, personnel administration, labor market issues, or social and group psychology. Meritorious Knowledge of multiple languages is meritorious for the role.
