Florist experience sought About the Job Nya Kista Blomsterhandel is seeking an experienced and creative florist for our shop at Kista Galleria. We are looking for someone passionate about floral design, with strong customer focus, and who can work independently at a fast pace. Job duties include: Creation of bouquets and floral arrangements. Wedding and funeral floristry. Plant care and merchandising of shop inventory. Sales and professional customer service. Ordering and handling of flowers and plants. Order management via Interflora and Euroflorist as well as email. Cashier work and other tasks typical of a flower shop. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: At least 2 years of documented experience as a florist. Extensive knowledge of all floral work, including bouquets, weddings, funerals, and other floral arrangements. Documented experience working with Interflora and Euroflorist. Good computer skills and experience with order and cash register systems. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience in sales and professional customer interaction. Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is: Service-oriented with strong customer focus. Creative and quality-conscious. Responsible, careful, and self-directed. Flexible and able to handle stress. A team player who can also take independent responsibility.
