About the role
As an energy engineer/energy auditor with us, you will have a key role where you:
Lead your own assignments with direct client responsibility
Conduct energy audits and energy analyses in existing buildings and facilities
Provide operational support to property management and operations organizations, e.g., optimization of systems and operational strategies
Work with control and monitoring systems (BMS) – troubleshooting, optimization, and functional checks
Set up and analyze measurement data collection (energy, power, indoor climate, etc.) for monitoring and optimization
Develop action proposals, calculations, and decision-making materials and follow up on results
Lead or support the implementation of energy efficiency measures
Act as an advisory consultant within energy, operations, climate, and sustainability
You work closely with property owners, facility managers, and operations organizations, and often become the one who connects technology, practice, and business. Our assignments range from commercial properties and residential buildings to more complex facilities such as hospitals and laboratories. Clients often turn to us when things are particularly difficult and complex, which gives you the opportunity to work on challenging and developmental projects where we create conditions for efficient buildings and sustainable energy systems.
Who we think you are
You are used to taking your own initiative and have good planning and organizational skills. You thrive in a consulting role, build good relationships, and contribute to positive group dynamics.
We are looking for you if you:
Have several years of experience as an energy engineer, energy consultant, energy auditor, or similar role
Are confident in driving your own projects and client relationships
Have a good understanding of the operation of building technical systems (plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilation, control & regulation)
Have experience with control systems/BMS and understand the connections between settings, operations, and energy performance
Have worked with measurement data collection, energy statistics, and key performance indicator tracking
Enjoy both technical analysis and practical operational support as well as clear communication with clients
Express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing
Meritorious qualifications include:
Certification as an Energy Auditor
Certification as an Energy Expert (CEX)
Experience with large property portfolios or complex facilities (e.g., hospitals, laboratories, or industrial)
