BokFix Redovisningsbyrå is growing and we are now seeking a detail-oriented accounting or bookkeeping assistant for ongoing part-time work remotely. This position is ideal for you if you want to keep your skills sharp at a flexible pace, or if you're looking for a smaller side job. About the Position & Responsibilities: Work is 100% remote. You will support us with ongoing bookkeeping and related accounting administration. The scope is initially approximately 5–10 hours per month, but as the business grows, we hope the need and hours will increase over time. We have regular check-ins. Who We're Looking For: We're seeking someone with previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting. Experience with Fortnox and Visma/Spiris eEkonomi is a requirement for this position. As a person, you are organized, detail-oriented, have good computer skills, and enjoy working independently with responsibility. Terms: Scope: As-needed employment (approximately 5–10 hours/month initially, with potential for more). We use an initial trial/probationary period to ensure the collaboration works well for both parties. Salary: Hourly rate by agreement. Location: 100% remote (with scheduled check-ins).
