We at Kumpan are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who wants to be part of developing how we build, deliver, and operate modern digital solutions.

About the role
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will, among other things:
Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines
Automate deployment, testing, and infrastructure
Work with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Manage container-based environments with Docker and Kubernetes
Work with Infrastructure as Code, for example Terraform
Set up and further develop monitoring, logging, and alerting
Work with security, backup, and availability
Optimize development and production environments
Contribute to technical decisions regarding architecture and infrastructure
Collaborate closely with developers, UX, and other technical roles
Help teams build solutions that are easy to deploy, monitor, and scale
Who are you?
We're looking for someone who is senior in DevOps and enjoys solving problems rather than just administering infrastructure.
You are self-driven, curious, and comfortable taking responsibility from idea to working solution. You don't need to know everything, but you should have a broad technical understanding and a desire to continuously develop.
We'd like to see that you have:
At least 6 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or equivalent
Experience with CI/CD
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with a major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience with Infrastructure as Code, for example Terraform
Good understanding of Linux, networking, and security
Experience with Git and modern development workflows
Experience with monitoring and logging
Accustomed to working agile and close to development teams
Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
Meritorious
Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar
Experience with AWS, for example ECS, EKS, Lambda, or CloudFormation
Experience with observability, for example Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry
Experience with security and DevSecOps
Interest in AI and how AI can improve development and operations
