We are now seeking a self-motivated and experienced CNC turner for an established industrial operation in Sjöbo. The role suits you if you have good technical understanding and appreciate working with complex components where quality and accuracy are critical. About the Position As a CNC turner, you will have a central role in production and be responsible for the entire machining process – from programming and setup to finished component. You will work primarily with turning components in materials such as stainless steel and bronze, where strict demands are placed on tolerances and surface finish. The work takes place in a modern workshop environment with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Location: Sjöbo Scope: Full-time Working Hours: Monday–Thursday 07:00–16:30, Friday 07:00–12:30 Start Date: By agreement Your Profile We are looking for you who -Have several years of experience in CNC turning within manufacturing industry -Can program, set up, and operate CNC machines independently -Have good knowledge of blueprint reading and measurement techniques -Are experienced working with tight tolerances and high quality standards -Have experience with CAM programming or similar systems -Are thorough, responsible, and solution-oriented -Speak and write Swedish fluently -Hold forklift licenses A and B Meritorious -Experience in CNC milling -Knowledge of multi-operation machines -Previous experience in work supervision or coordination -B-class driver's license and access to your own vehicle We Offer Here you will have the opportunity to work in an operation with high technical expertise, short decision-making paths, and strong confidence in the future.
