You need to have experience with CNC work and feel confident reading technical drawings. If you have forklift or overhead crane certification, that's a plus. It is also an advantage if you have knowledge in programming, 5S, SMED, or have worked with machines such as Doosan, Haas, or Kitamura, but most importantly, you have the desire to learn and develop.
