About the Role As a CNC miller, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and running milling machines to manufacture parts with high precision and quality requirements. You work from drawings and specifications and ensure that products meet applicable tolerance requirements. The materials being machined consist mainly of stainless steel and bronze, where both precision and technical understanding are crucial for a successful result. Job Responsibilities -Independent programming and setup of CNC mills -Optimization of machining processes and run programs -Manufacturing of parts according to drawings and specifications -Inspection measurements and quality control of finished products -Drilling, threading, and other common workshop tasks -Participation in improvement and development work within production -Collaboration with colleagues in production and engineering Location: Sjöbo Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: Monday–Thursday 07:00–16:30, Friday 07:00–12:30 Start Date: By agreement Your Profile We are looking for someone who -Has several years of experience with CNC milling in industrial production -Can independently program, set up, and run CNC machines -Has good knowledge of blueprint reading and measurement techniques -Has experience with CAM programming, such as CAMWorks or equivalent systems -Is thorough, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious -Enjoys taking responsibility and working in a structured manner -Speaks and writes Swedish fluently -Holds forklift certificates A and B Desirable -Experience with CNC turning -Knowledge of multi-operation machines -Previous experience in team leadership or coordinating responsibilities -B-class driver's license and access to your own car We Offer -You will become part of an operation with short decision-making processes, high technical expertise, and a strong focus on quality.
