About the Role We are looking for someone with solid experience in primary care leadership who wants to lead, develop, and structure operations together with the rest of the management team. The role involves close and operational leadership where you are present in day-to-day operations while working long-term with organization, personnel, quality, and development. Depending on your previous experience, expertise, and profile, the role may involve overall managerial and operational responsibility. The final structure of the position will be determined through dialogue based on the operation's needs and the candidate's experience. We Are Looking for Someone Who Has several years of experience as a manager or in qualified managerial and leadership positions within primary care. Has a good understanding of how a healthcare center functions and the mission of primary care. Has experience in personnel management, staffing, and workplace environment efforts. Has experience with systematic quality and patient safety work. Is accustomed to working with routines, follow-up, and operations development. Has the ability to create structure, clarity, and engagement in the organization. Is confident in your leadership and can make decisions and ensure they are implemented. Enjoys hands-on and operational leadership and collaborates easily with different professional groups. We are open to different professional backgrounds. For us, your leadership and primary care experience is more important than a specific job title. Meritorious It is an advantage if you have: Previously worked as operations manager, unit manager, healthcare center manager, or in an equivalent leadership position within primary care. Experience with patient choice/health choice and work within publicly funded primary care. Experience in privately operated healthcare. Experience with personnel responsibility, recruitment, and staffing planning. Experience with incident management, complaints, risk analyses, and self-inspections. Experience with contact and follow-up with the region or other contracting authority. Personal Qualities We are looking for a stable and experienced leader who combines clarity with good interpersonal skills. You see the bigger picture but also have the ability to pay attention to details that affect quality, work environment, and daily operations. You are solution-oriented, structured, and accustomed to taking responsibility. You also need to appreciate an operation where decision-making processes are streamlined and where there are good opportunities to influence and develop the organization.
