Hifab in Jönköping is on an exciting growth journey and is now seeking an experienced construction project manager who wants to be part of developing both the business and the team. About the Role As a construction project manager at Hifab, you work in a broad consulting role where you lead and drive construction and civil engineering projects from early stages to completion. Depending on your profile, you can also work in areas such as construction management, cost estimation, inspections, or as a control responsible. You step into a role where there are both established assignments to take over and new projects coming in. The assignments vary and include, among other things, residential, office, industrial, energy, and public projects, mainly in Småland with collaboration across multiple Hifab offices. You are responsible for planning, implementation, and follow-up of projects with a focus on quality, time, and budget, and you maintain close dialogue with customers and other stakeholders. In the role, you are also expected to actively contribute to the business through procurement processes and by developing and leveraging your network to create new assignments. The team in Jönköping is a smaller, growing team where you have great opportunity to influence both business and working methods. As an experienced consultant, you also contribute to knowledge sharing and support colleagues in their development. Some assignments may involve security classification. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in construction and project management who thrives in a customer-focused consulting role. You are confident in your expertise, take responsibility, and have a natural drive to move forward. You are communicative, structured, and have an easy way of building trust in your relationships. You thrive in a team but are also independent and take your own initiatives. Requirements: Post-secondary education in construction, or equivalent multi-year work experience in project management/construction management Experience from contracting, construction production, or consulting Good knowledge of Swedish and English B-class driver's license and access to a car Some assignments are carried out in security-classified environments. This means the position may require certain citizenship. Meritorious: Experience with procurement and business development Certification as an inspector or control responsible according to PBL Experience in cost estimation or conducting training Large local network in Jönköping and surrounding area About Hifab Hifab is a leading consulting firm in the construction and real estate sector.
