Experienced Construction Engineer / Project Manager, Earthworks & Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly experienced and self-directed construction engineer/project manager with broad expertise in earthworks and infrastructure projects. You will play a central role in planning, leading, and executing our projects, and when needed, also work operatively on the job site. We are looking for someone with solid experience in earthwork contracting, project management, and heavy equipment who enjoys taking responsibility from design through completion. Responsibilities Plan, lead, and monitor earthworks and infrastructure projects. Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality. Coordinate personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers. Perform technical calculations and documentation. Ensure work complies with applicable laws, regulations, and workplace safety requirements. Participate in hands-on work when needed. Operate heavy excavators and wheel loaders as required by operations. Lead earthwork activities such as excavation, water/sewer systems, foundation work, road and infrastructure projects. Qualifications We are looking for someone with: Engineering degree in construction, roads and water, or equivalent experience. Several years of documented experience in earthwork and infrastructure contracting. Experience in project management. Extensive knowledge of earthwork and contracting. Experience operating heavy excavators and wheel loaders. Experience operating excavators and wheel loaders. Good understanding of drawings, design, and technical documentation. Class B driver's license (BE or C is advantageous). Meritorious BAS-P/BAS-U certification. Road work experience. Experience with public procurement. Experience with major infrastructure and construction projects. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar software.
