Are you an analytical and communicative Business Analyst with experience in Information Management? We are now looking for you to work with migration, rollout, management, and development of document management systems in a complex business environment.
Your Tasks
As a Business Analyst, you will primarily work to understand business needs and requirements, and together with technicians break these down into developable stories.
In the role you will work with, among other things:
Requirement management and documentation
Business analysis and needs analysis
Stakeholder management and communication
Workshops and facilitation
Business implementations and change management
Information governance and document management
Collaboration with technicians and other relevant stakeholders
You will become part of a team working on migration and rollout as well as management and development of document management systems.
Your Profile
We are looking for you who have experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent and who enjoys a role where you can combine business analysis, requirement management, and communication. You are responsible, communicative, and have a strong ability to work both independently and with others.

Strong business analytical skills
Experience with requirement management and documentation
Experience with stakeholder management and communication
Experience with business implementations and change management
Knowledge of document management and information governance
Experience running and facilitating workshops
Fluent Swedish, spoken and written
Meritorious
Experience with Caspian or Livelink as a user
Experience with Jira
Experience with agile working methods
