Experienced Childcare Provider Needed for Enebackens Country Preschool

Here we have a large and inspiring farm, our own garden and animals that are a natural part of the children's daily life. We work with small groups of children and high staff ratios, and we place great emphasis on creating a safe, warm, and developmental environment for our children. We are now seeking an experienced childcare provider for an extended temporary position. About the Position The position is a temporary contract at 80-100% with a start date of August 31, 2026. The temporary position runs at least through December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension. We conduct interviews on an ongoing basis and will fill the position as soon as we find the right person. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone who is trained as a childcare provider or who has extensive experience working in preschool. Experience working with children in preschool activities is important for this position. As a person, we hope you are cheerful, positive, and calm. You are confident in your role and always keep the children's best interests in focus. You enjoy teaching, sparking children's curiosity, and creating meaningful learning opportunities in both planned and spontaneous situations. You enjoy being a present and engaged educator, recognize children's different needs, and contribute to a safe and positive environment. You need to be able to collaborate well with others, while being responsible, taking initiative, and seeing what needs to be done in the activities. We place great importance on personal suitability. About Enebackens Country Preschool Enebackens lantförskola is located a few kilometers outside Tranås. Our rural environment and closeness to nature are an important part of our activities. The children get to participate in our garden and in caring for the animals on the farm, among other things. We also have our own kitchen where our cook prepares meals on-site. At the same time, we have a clear focus on the preschool's educational and teaching mission. We want to spark the children's curiosity and desire to learn and actively work with teaching that is based on the children's interests, needs, and experiences. With us, children should have the opportunity to develop, be challenged, discover, and learn both in planned teaching and in the many learning opportunities that arise throughout the day.
