Your Responsibilities Troubleshooting and Maintenance You identify and address electrical faults in the machinery by reading and understanding electrical schematics and interpreting alarms from operators and PLC systems. You should also feel comfortable working with older machines where documentation and electrical schematics are available. PLC Management You work on troubleshooting existing PLC programs, primarily Siemens TIA Portal and Sinamics. The role does not require you to program from scratch, but you need to be able to read, understand, and when necessary, make minor adjustments and optimizations. Installation and Assembly You participate in installation and assembly, for example by running cables, building control cabinets, and installing new production cells. Safety The work involves handling high voltage up to 400 V, which requires a strong safety awareness and adherence to applicable electrical regulations. Your Profile We are looking for someone with solid electrical background and a natural aptitude for logical troubleshooting and problem-solving. We would like you to have: Relevant electrical education from upper secondary school or vocational college (YH) with a focus on electrical engineering. Good technical understanding and ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. Experience troubleshooting electrical systems. Good knowledge of Siemens control systems, such as TIA Portal and Sinamics. Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience with robotics, such as ABB, is a plus. Experience with or knowledge of machine manufacturers such as Okuma, Klingenberg, Gleason, Mazak, Pittler, and Schmid is a plus.
