We are now seeking experienced and service-oriented à la carte servers/waitstaff for assignments with our customers ahead of the summer season. This is a position-based-on-demand role and requires that you have another primary occupation, such as studies, your own business, or other work. About the job: The position is ideal for you if you thrive in a restaurant environment, take pride in your work, and are passionate about providing guests with a first-class experience. The work involves varying hours, primarily evenings and weekends. The work takes place in professional restaurant environments where service, quality, and collaboration are central. In this role, you are responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages. You follow the guest throughout their visit, from first contact to payment, and contribute to maintaining high service standards and good pace in the restaurant. Cash handling and collaboration with the kitchen and other serving staff are part of your daily work. Who are you? We are looking for someone with at least three years of documented experience in à la carte service and who is accustomed to working at a fast pace without compromising on quality. You are self-directed and have a natural service focus. With a positive and professional demeanor, you create a sense of security for guests and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. You are responsible, flexible, can manage your own station, and enjoy a role where service and customer contact are in focus. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and have good experience with point-of-sale systems. If you also have good wine knowledge and basic cocktail knowledge, that is a plus.
