Assignment: Senior Epic Owner About the Assignment We are seeking a senior Epic Owner with strong project management expertise for a large program focused on data provisioning and customer knowledge at our client in the banking and financial services sector. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and driving deliverables within the area of customer knowledge and digital onboarding. The work is carried out in close collaboration with other epics, which requires high demands on joint planning, shared prioritization, and dependency management. The assignment involves implementing digital and efficient IT solutions for customer knowledge in accordance with current AML/R regulations. The solutions should contribute to strengthened regulatory compliance and more efficient management of customer information, investigations, and customer communication. Responsibilities You are responsible for creating and following up on implementation and delivery plans, communicating changes, and driving work forward through others. You work to anchor solutions with a large number of stakeholders at different levels and coordinate work with other epics, teams, and affected line units. The role is suited for someone who is senior and has experience with larger change initiatives and multiple project leadership roles within IT. You are accustomed to prioritizing together with teams, managing many stakeholders, and creating structure and momentum in complex environments. Requirements Documented experience in project management or equivalent Documented experience in change management or equivalent Documented experience from the banking and financial services sector Merits Experience with AML regulations in combination with development or creation of IT systems for KYC Scope and Location The assignment is part of a larger program in the banking and financial services sector, with close collaboration between multiple epics and teams.
