Collaboration, flexibility, and solution-oriented thinking are a natural part of our work. About the position As a construction engineer, you will be an important support to the site manager. You will work on several projects simultaneously and be involved in the entire process from customer contact, estimation work, production, and through to completion. You will have great opportunity to influence the work and you actively contribute to us achieving our strategic goals of being the best workplace, having the most satisfied customers, contributing to the public interest, and creating positive financial results. Who we are looking for We are looking for you with several years of experience from the construction industry. We would like you to have a higher education in engineering or equivalent construction technical education. You are business-minded and understand all parts of the process such as bidding, design, financial follow-up, and production methods. You have a sense of responsibility and initiative and are used to driving projects forward. Your problem-solving skills are good and you are comfortable prioritizing and making decisions even when circumstances change. As a person, you are good at building and maintaining good relationships both internally and externally. Your personality reflects our core values and you contribute to us continuing to have fun at work and achieving our set goals. A driver's license is required for this position.
