About the Job We offer a central role in an expanding company where you'll develop alongside a committed team. You'll have overall responsibility for the Contracting business area – from business development to project delivery. You'll lead the team, develop customer relationships, and drive the business forward together with colleagues in the region. Your Responsibilities: Lead and develop the Contracting business area Ensure successful project deliveries in accordance with contracts Develop customer relationships and business – both new and existing Budget responsibility and monitoring of financial and quality goals Collaboration with colleagues in service, sales, and contracting Motivate and develop team members Promote a safe, inclusive, and sustainable work environment where people thrive and develop The Västerås office, with approximately 65 employees, is part of Region North. About You You have technical expertise in refrigeration and experience in contracting, sales, and leadership. You're business-driven, communicative, and have the ability to create engagement in your team.
