Are you a communicative person with previous experience being the central figure in project economics (preferably in infrastructure or construction projects)? Entrecon Consulting is now seeking a driven and engaged project controller/project economist for an extended assignment with a client, with immediate start. Responsibilities: - Ensure professional and business-oriented work within the finance area. - Financial reconciliation of actuals and forecasts together with the project. - Provide support to the project manager to steer the project toward established financial goals. - Monitor and report on contract costs. - Safeguard the client's interest regarding transparency in accounting. - Provide expert support and consulting to the business regarding project economics. - Work on continuous improvement, structure, and working methods within financial follow-up related to projects. Qualifications: - Academic education in economics or equivalent documented competence acquired in another way. - At least two years of experience as a project controller/project economist. - Experience working with monitoring in infrastructure projects (desirable). - Experience in project economics in construction or building projects. - Financial understanding and experience working in accounting and bookkeeping. - Good knowledge of accounting systems (preferably Unit4 Business World (UBW), formerly Agresso) and Excel. - Attention to detail and good problem-solving ability. - Communicative and service-oriented.
