We accept applications on a rolling basis and match them with requests from our clients and customers. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignment at the client's location.
The Assignment
In your role as site manager/block manager for concrete, you are responsible for leading and coordinating work while ensuring that the project's timeline and budget are maintained with quality preserved. It is a developmental role where you, on both an operational and strategic level, drive and develop employees, processes, and work environment in collaboration with other functions in the company. You have at least 10 years of experience in infrastructure or construction projects, of which at least 3-5 years as site manager/block manager for concrete/construction contracts.
Competencies
We are looking for a driven, decisive, and communicative leader with good overall perspective and the ability to lead teams and coordinate work. Additionally, you have:
Documented experience in a similar role with complex concrete/construction contracts where multiple technical areas work together.

Project economics and scheduling
At least concrete class 1 certification
Desirable qualifications include a construction technology degree from a university or vocational college, as well as experience with personnel responsibility in previous positions. You should also have experience with and be able to handle common digital tools.
