The Assignment
In the role of site manager, you will lead, plan, and manage daily production in various new construction or renovation projects in Stockholm/Mälardalen. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with established parameters regarding budget, quality, delivery time, and resource planning.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with experience in new construction and/or renovation projects in residential or housing. You have post-secondary education or equivalent experience in construction, as well as previous experience leading work in various construction projects. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of site manager and BAS-U/P certification is preferred.
