Your Role As an Enterprise Architect, you are responsible for developing and maintaining the corporation's overarching architectural capabilities. You ensure that business strategy, digital development, and technical solutions work together in a structured and sustainable way. The role has a corporation-wide perspective and involves close collaboration with business, IT management, solution architects, project managers, and other key functions. You serve as a strategic advisor on matters related to business development, information management, application landscape, and technical infrastructure. By establishing principles, target architectures, and governing guidelines, you create conditions for a modern, secure, and flexible digital environment. You play an important role in ensuring that digitalization investments contribute to the business's long-term goals and that new initiatives are integrated into a cohesive architecture. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Tekniska verken's Enterprise Architecture and target architectures Ensure that business strategy, digitalization, and IT develop in line with the corporation's goals Establish and maintain architectural principles, guidelines, and governance models Provide advisory support in strategic initiatives, programs, and major transformation projects Drive and develop Architecture Governance Collaborate with business, solution architects, and external vendors on architectural matters Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify, and modernize the application and integration landscape Contribute to the development of information architecture, integration architecture, and technical vision Monitor new technologies and trends in digitalization, cloud services, AI, and enterprise architecture About You We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with a good understanding of how technology creates business value. You thrive in an advisory role where you build relationships, create alignment, and guide the organization through complex changes. You have a holistic perspective and can see the connections between business processes, information, applications, and technology. At the same time, you are pragmatic and have the ability to translate strategic goals into concrete decisions and solutions. As a person, you are analytical, communicative, and well-organized. You have an easy time building trust with various stakeholders and are experienced in facilitating dialogues between business and IT. You are driven by creating long-term solutions while understanding the business's need for flexibility and pace of change. We would like to see that you have an interest in new technology and follow developments in, for example, AI, data, cloud services, and digital innovation so that you can translate new opportunities into business and operational value. We are looking for someone who has: An academic degree in, for example, IT, systems science, computer science, information systems, or another relevant field, or equivalent work experience Several years of experience working as an Enterprise Architect, Chief Architect, or equivalent strategic architecture role Experience developing and maintaining business-wide architecture Good understanding of business architecture, information architecture, application architecture, and technical architecture Experience with architecture governance and established frameworks such as TOGAF or similar Experience with digital transformation and change management Good understanding of modern integration platforms, cloud solutions, and IT landscape Ability to communicate complex relationships in a clear and pedagogical way Excellent Swedish and good English, both spoken and written It is a merit if you have experience from mission-critical operations, the energy sector, or other complex organizations, as well as experience with AI, information governance, or data management.
