About Us Stora Enso is preparing to separate its Swedish forest assets into a new publicly listed company, Bergslagets Skogar. The company will be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and Nasdaq Helsinki. The listing is expected to be completed in the first half of 2027. After the separation, Bergslagets Skogar will own approximately 1.2 million hectares of forest in Sweden, making it Europe's largest pure-play forest company. Bergslagets Skogar is in an exciting phase where a new IT organization is taking shape. We are now looking for an Enterprise Application Lead who wants to help create structure, working methods, and long-term development in a business-focused IT environment. Here you will have the opportunity to take an important role in building the company's management of business systems and digital platforms, while contributing to the development of an entirely new company. About the Company Your Responsibilities As Enterprise Application Lead, you are responsible for Bergslagets Skogar's shared business systems, collaboration platforms, and digital support systems. You will be the link between the business, the IT team, and external suppliers, ensuring that systems are developed, maintained, and used in a way that creates value for the organization. The role involves overall responsibility for the Enterprise Applications area, where you work with planning, monitoring, prioritization, and long-term development. You are responsible for developing and continuously improving management plans and creating clarity around roadmap, priorities, and system lifecycles. In the role, you also monitor budget, costs, risks, services, and quality within the area. You coordinate external suppliers, set requirements for deliverables, and ensure that business needs are translated into concrete activities and solutions. The role encompasses Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, HR and financial systems, intranet, web, and other support systems within Enterprise IT. You will work closely with other management leaders within IT and the IT Director. Together, you will build efficient working methods and a stable, secure, and long-term sustainable system management. The position is located in Falun and work is primarily on-site, with at least three days per week in the office. The role has no personnel responsibility, but you are expected to take clear responsibility for coordination, prioritization, and requirement management within your area. Your Profile We are looking for someone with an academic degree in systems science, computer science, information systems, or another relevant IT field. You have experience in IT management, for example as a management leader or similar role. You are used to working closely with the business, identifying needs, and translating them into requirements, priorities, and orders. To succeed in the role, you need experience in supplier management and requirement setting with external IT partners. You have a good understanding of IT systems, system delivery, and application management, and feel confident handling stakeholders with different needs and priorities. Experience with PM3 or a similar management model is a merit. As a person, you are down-to-earth and structured. You thrive in an environment where everything is not yet finalized and see opportunities in being part of building working methods and routines from the ground up. At the same time, you are unpretentious and have an easy way of building trusting relationships with colleagues, the business, and external suppliers. You work independently, take responsibility for driving work forward, and can make pragmatic priorities when many needs need to be handled simultaneously.
