Within our care and support residence operations, we have a total of five residences. Two of them are located in central Ulricehamn and three are placed in our outer areas of Gällstad, Hökerum, and Dalum. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Your task as unit manager is to plan, lead, and drive your operations toward person-centered care where the individual's needs are at the center. Through your leadership style, development, and resource allocation, you provide staff with the right conditions to deliver quality-assured care and support. You are responsible for operations, finances, personnel, and work environment, and work actively to ensure high quality in care. Quality development is a natural part of the assignment, as is finding sustainable and smart working methods that meet future needs. One of our most important challenges ahead is staffing. Therefore, we are looking for you to help develop the operations, think innovatively, and create conditions for more people to want to work and develop with us. You therefore need the ability to see opportunities, use resources wisely, and turn ideas into action. At our care and support residences, you work closely with a fellow manager and also have the opportunity for mentorship as part of your introduction. As a manager, you also have access to support functions in the form of HR, finance, scheduling and recruitment support, and administration. We are recruiting for several of our care and support residences. Placement occurs in dialogue based on operational needs and the competence, experience, and profile you as a candidate bring. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with relevant higher education, a genuine interest in leadership, and strong collaboration skills. Experience working as a manager in care and support is a merit. You are a confident leader characterized by open and direct communication, humility, and attentiveness. The work involves a high degree of collaboration, which also requires building good relationships. We would like to see you as a good role model who has the ability to inspire your employees and colleagues, that you are open to new ideas, and that you are skilled at showing consideration. To succeed in the role of unit manager, you have the ability to prioritize your work, see different solutions, show decisiveness, and make decisions. At the same time, you are a present manager who enjoys being close to operations and who, together with your employees, creates a safe, meaningful, and quality daily life for those living with us. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. A B-level driver's license is a requirement for the position. Employment form: Permanent employment.
