As a natural next step in this change, we are now seeking additional unit managers for Section South who want to lead, develop, and drive the operations forward with us. About Us Forensic Psychiatry Care Stockholm (RPV) provides specialized psychiatric care for patients with severe mental illness who have been convicted of crimes. The mission encompasses patients with severe psychiatric issues and care is provided in close collaboration with criminal justice stakeholders, social services, and other healthcare services. Forensic psychiatry is one of healthcare's most complex and developmental specialties. We provide highly specialized psychiatric care to a particularly vulnerable patient group—where law, ethics, and public safety meet. Section South is located in Huddinge, with most operations at Helix, which is an independent hospital. We also have two departments at Huddinge Hospital. Your Role as Unit Manager We are looking for a confident and present leader who wants to take a step into an operation where your leadership truly makes a difference. In forensic psychiatry, you will receive a varied and meaningful position where you combine operational, close staff support with strategic development issues. We know that good leadership requires time and presence. Therefore, we actively work to ensure our support functions are easily accessible. You will work in a tight and unpretentious team together with an assistant unit manager, engaged staff, and section management. Your Profile You have several years of professional experience in healthcare, the legal system, or other complex operations. Previous experience in supervision, personnel responsibility, staffing, and operations planning is a merit. Experience in forensic psychiatry, general psychiatry, addiction care, or criminal care is a merit.
