Your Assignment
As a Unit Manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on operations based on established goals and frameworks. You have overall responsibility for personnel, budget, and quality.
- Ensure that operations comply with LSS and internal guidelines
- Lead and distribute work across units
- Work systematically with work environment and rehabilitation
- Follow up on quality, results, and goals
- Manage budget, forecasts, and cost control
- Collaborate with service users, relatives, and other stakeholders
Your Experience
You have a background that allows you to take responsibility directly and manage operations with both structure and clarity.
- Relevant university education or equivalent work experience
- Experience in a management role within Health and Care
- Experience from the LSS field in a politically governed organization
- Experience leading larger groups of staff
- Strong knowledge of legislation in this area

Salary between 51,000 to 61,000 depending on experience and responsibility. The final salary is determined individually and based on an overall assessment of your educational background, previous experience, and the areas in which you have previously worked.
