YOUR ROLE
As a unit manager, you are part of the management group for home care, which includes the section manager, unit managers, and administrators. In your role, you are responsible for operations, employees, finances, and environmental analysis, with the purpose of developing the operations.
The role involves management responsibility for the three work groups, but as a unit manager in the section, you also have responsibility for the overall operations within the section. The Safety Team works with the management of safety alarms, installation and programming of these, as well as installation of keyless locks. Night Patrol also handles alarm management in combination with digital monitoring and planned physical visits. The Planning Center is responsible for managing the logistics for our 150 employees and planning their routes. The operations are characterized by high stability and trust, with employees who feel great responsibility and contribute to safe patient care.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a college or university degree in an area relevant to the role, or other education and experience that the employer deems equivalent. You have experience leading large employee groups in the public sector. You also have experience with financial management and operations development/change management.
