Your Assignment As a unit manager, you have overall responsibility for the unit's operations, employees, work environment, and finances. You will lead approximately 17 employees within facilities technology and janitorial services and work both strategically and operatively to ensure that operations deliver with quality, efficiency, and good service. An important part of the assignment is to drive development and change. You need to be able to translate ideas and improvement needs into concrete activities and create engagement around common goals. You have the ability to create structure, clarity, and results while building engagement and participation among your employees. We want you to have: several years of management experience with responsibility for personnel, work environment, operations, and budget experience leading and developing operations in transition experience from service, operations, technology, or real estate operations, or other operations that the employer deems relevant higher education in a relevant field or other education and experience deemed equivalent good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing B driver's license It is particularly meritorious if you have: experience from public sector operations experience leading employees in operational service activities It is also meritorious if you have: understanding of municipal governance and decision-making processes experience with procurement, contract follow-up, or working with contractors experience with sustainability, energy, or emergency preparedness issues Is This You?
