JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Be part of developing the future of elderly care in a role where collaboration, presence, and shared leadership are at the center. We are seeking a unit manager for Solbogården - one of the municipality's larger specialist residential facilities with five departments specializing in dementia care. You will be two unit managers who lead together. You each have your own management area while supporting each other in daily operations and driving the business forward together. This provides room for both strategic focus and present-day leadership in the operations every day. Solbogården is characterized by a warm and homely environment where both indoor and outdoor spaces are important parts of the care. The accessible garden and our common areas create opportunities for activity, community, and meaningful daily life for residents. Here we work with dementia care where the individual's needs, security, and quality of life are always at the center. As unit manager, you and your fellow manager have overall responsibility for operations, employees, finances, and work environment. You lead and develop operations based on set goals, quality requirements, and sustainable work environment initiatives. You receive support from specialist functions in HR, finance, staffing, and quality, and are part of a committed management team where collaboration and experience sharing are a natural part of daily operations. We work based on IBIC - the individual's needs at the center - and a salutogenic approach that permeates the entire organization. QUALIFICATIONS You are a confident and committed leader with experience in personnel, budget, and work environment responsibility. You have relevant university education and good knowledge of legislation in the field. Digital competence and experience working in operational systems are essential. As a leader, you are clear, responsive, and relationship-building. You enjoy collaboration, share responsibility, and help people grow together. At the same time, you are decisive, structured, and have the ability to create order even when needs change rapidly. A requirement is that you have previous management experience. We particularly value that you are unpretentious, inclusive, and have a communicative leadership style that creates trust. Experience with IBIC and salutogenic approaches is meritorious.
