Your Workplace At the X-ray Departments in Arvika and Säffle, close-knit teams conduct high-quality and appreciated operations. The units have modern equipment that is continuously updated to meet future needs. Operations in Arvika run around the clock, while operations in Säffle are daytime-based. Your Responsibilities As a manager, you are expected to take responsibility for the unit's work environment, operations, and finances. You lead and coach your employees and provide them with the conditions to both carry out the assignment and develop it. You are part of the Imaging and Functional Diagnostics management group and work within it with a holistic perspective for the benefit of the operation. Your Knowledge and Competencies We are looking for someone with relevant higher education in health care, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. You have experience working within health care and have a good ability to collaborate with other units. We would like to see that you have previously led work groups with different professional categories. As a person, you are confident, stable, and have self-awareness. You have the ability to see the operation in a larger context and make decisions based on both the patient's, employees', and organization's best interests. The role requires that you can express yourself well both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English. You have well-developed collaboration skills, are a clear communicator, and have a good ability to identify problems and find solutions.
