Read more about our benefits here: https://jobba.stockholm/formaner/ Your Role As a unit manager, you will lead the establishment of the new unit with a focus on interventions without prior needs assessment. In the role, you are responsible for the unit's budget, personnel and operations in consultation with your superior. You will drive operational value and development according to applicable laws and guidelines with clear results focus. Through present leadership, you create conditions for learning, collaboration and goal achievement with focus on the people of Stockholm. Your Competence and Experience We're looking for someone with a degree in social work and experience from a leadership position, such as manager, project manager or in a supervisory role. You have good knowledge of social services operations and current legislation. You have strong collaboration and cooperation skills as well as documented experience driving start-up and/or development projects. It's an advantage if you've worked in team-based approaches, such as family-oriented methods. As a manager in the City of Stockholm, you have a holistic perspective and create good conditions for participation and learning. Your commitment to operational results and development is evident through communicative and visible presence. You are development-oriented and promote innovative thinking and engagement. As a leader, you are both clear and responsive and communicate conditions, expectations and goals in a coaching and professional manner.
