About the Operation We are now seeking a unit manager for the medicine clinic and day care. The position is a permanent employment in the base profession and the management assignment is time-limited in accordance with the Region's leadership policy. The Medicine Clinic and Day Care are daytime operations that work Monday through Friday. The Medicine Clinic serves patients in the medical fields of diabetes, endocrinology, gastroenterology, neurology, rheumatology, and diagnostic center. They also care for patients needing medical foot care provided by a medical foot care specialist. The Day Care provides specific treatments on behalf of various patient groups within oncology, hematology, gynecology, neurology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, and lung patients. There is also a hematology clinic here. As a unit manager at these units, you will have rewarding variation in your assignment. Your days will be characterized by many contacts, engaged employees, and collaboration. For this assignment, you have trust-building time as unit manager. You will report directly to the operations manager and be part of the operation's management group together with other unit managers, where we have an open and supportive work climate with good cooperation. In your work, you will have support from the operation's support functions, including HR, finance, and operations developer.
