Imera is seeking a confident and development-oriented unit manager who wants to take clear responsibility for quality, leadership, and continued development within our LSS operations.
This is an assignment for you who want to be close to operations while also being able to take a broader perspective. You thrive on leading people, creating structure, and driving development, always with the service user's self-determination, participation, and quality of life as the starting point.
Your assignment:
As a unit manager, you have a central role at Imera. You contribute to ensuring that our operations maintain high quality, develop in the right direction, and create a safe and professional daily environment for both service users and staff.
You are expected to be a present and clear leader who builds trust, creates engagement, and translates goals and requirements into a functioning daily operation.
The role involves working both strategically and operatively with operations, quality, staff, and development.
Who are you?
You have relevant higher education and documented work experience that is considered relevant for the position of manager within LSS. Education and experience must be supported by certificates and meet the requirements set by IVO's review.
You have experience in leadership and personnel responsibility and a good understanding of operations within LSS.
You are confident in your mandate, accustomed to making decisions, and have the ability to combine structure and quality with warm and respectful leadership.
