Your Assignment
As a unit manager, you have overall responsibility for the operation:
Personnel, work environment, and leadership
Finance and results
Quality and development
Daily operations

You lead a highly competent team and work in an environment with complex support needs, where structure, clarity, and respectful interactions are crucial.

About You
The employer is looking for someone who:
Has a higher education degree (minimum 180 credits)
Has experience as a manager within LSS, care, or similar fields
Has worked with personnel, finance, and work environment
Is confident in making decisions and leading in complex situations
As a person, you are clear, stable, and relationship-focused. You build trust, create teams, and make things work—even when it's challenging.
Meritorious Experience
Experience with operations serving complex support needs
Experience in a licensed/permit-holding role
Knowledge of communication support
Sign language
