Unit Manager to Solution-Focused Management Team in Daily Activities
Do you want to be one of us in our solution-focused management team? As a unit manager with us, you'll become part of an organization that operates based on trust-based leadership that always prioritizes our service users' best interests. We're looking for a manager to join our management team who is passionate about creating the best conditions for our service users together with colleagues and co-workers in daily activities. You'll do this in co-leadership with a manager colleague. The co-leadership will be structured with our current manager, who has extensive and solid experience working within LSS. You'll get to meet your future colleague during the recruitment process. Job Responsibilities As a unit manager, you'll be part of a management team with knowledgeable and engaged colleagues who together shape and develop our operations. All units work with IBIC (Individual Needs at the Center). All unit managers and several units have been trained in recent years and work with a solution-focused approach. If you don't have solution-focused training, you'll be offered this training as part of your introduction program. You'll also receive ongoing professional development, including through the municipality's joint management program. As a manager within the health and care administration, you play a crucial role in the quality of operations. You're responsible for leading, organizing, and developing the activities. To support you in your work as a unit manager, you'll have good access to various support functions that are happy to help with finances, personnel, pedagogy, and welfare technology. We're looking for someone who wants to help continue developing our operations. You have an academic degree in the social field with at least 180 university credits and several years of management experience leading in contexts where people and quality are in focus. Through your previous work, you have a good understanding of the target groups' needs, regulations, and the responsibilities that come with the role. You're confident in your competence, have good digital skills, and strong knowledge of labor law and occupational environment. As a leader, you're present, clear, and inspiring. For you, it's self-evident in your leadership to work solution-focused and with a trust-based approach. You create engagement, participation, and work satisfaction, and you stand firm even when there's a lot to handle. With good judgment, integrity, and focus on the bigger picture, you make wise decisions and drive operations toward set goals. You value good relationships and collaboration and represent the operations in a safe and professional manner. At the same time, you're flexible and adapt easily when circumstances change. You appreciate being structured and experienced at turning ideas into results. We'd like to see that you have management training and experience as a manager within LSS for people with neuropsychiatric diagnoses, as the units you'll lead will include this target group.
