About the job The new unit will consist of recruitment partners working with recruitment across all processes, with all of Sweden as the work field. The unit is responsible for recruitment support across the entire agency and within various departments and operational areas. Each work group/team will work cross-functionally with the organization's needs in focus. In your role as unit manager for workforce supply, you are responsible for: - leading and developing the unit toward increased strategic value, knowledge, and clear operational focus - ensuring a cohesive, unified, and equitable recruitment process and its continuous development - ensuring that competence and working methods meet future needs and create efficient workflows and continuous learning - planning, leading, and following up on the unit's delivery and contributing to the HR department's shared mission, goals, and direction You have personnel responsibility for the unit's employees, are part of the HR department's management group, and report to the HR Director, who is based in Sundbyberg. As a unit manager, you have operational, personnel, budget, and work environment responsibility for your unit. You translate overarching goals and strategies into clear assignments. As a member of the department's management group, you take responsibility for, together with your colleagues in the management group, leading and developing the department. You collaborate within and outside the agency to achieve results and create value for our customers. You are expected to be able to exercise close leadership even when you and your employees work in different locations. As a unit manager, you are based in Stockholm or alternatively Gothenburg, Malmö, or Östersund. About you As a manager at Kronofogden, you are expected to live up to our leadership criteria and employee policy. You exercise close leadership that provides conditions for active employee engagement. You have the ability to lead in change and develop operations through continuous improvements. Your analytical abilities mean you can handle a high degree of complexity in your work and have the ability to understand how different parts of the organization affect each other. You think strategically and act decisively, even when choices are unclear. You communicate in a way that creates participation and engagement and have a high ability to collaborate and promote a good working environment. Being a manager and leader means both challenging others and being able to be challenged yourself regarding mindset and working methods. Your qualifications: - academic education within primarily HR, of at least 180 hp (120p) - several years of current and relevant management experience within the HR field - current experience within recruitment and personnel selection in the public sector and developing processes and working methods within the mentioned area It is desirable that you have completed management and leadership training. Good to know Employment is permanent positions and begins with a six-month probationary period. You will be employed as an investigator and receive a management assignment for five years. If you are already employed at Kronofogden, you remain in your base position during the assignment period. Travel is part of the job. Kronofogden offers the possibility of remote work by agreement with the employer. Working for the state means you follow the state value foundation. There are also special requirements regarding judgment, security thinking, and compliance with applicable laws. We ask questions at interviews about any previous criminal activity and deficiencies in previous employment. For final candidates, these questions are also asked to references. We also collect information about debts registered with Kronofogden, bankruptcy, and business bans. Disclosed information is weighed in the overall assessment of your suitability for the current position. Employment with us may involve placement in a security clearance. A security check with register review according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before an employment decision.
