About the Position As unit manager, you will lead our operations within open care, IHF, TFCO and Supported Housing. You have overall responsibility for a group of competent and driven employees, which includes personnel responsibility, salary setting, recruitment and employee development. In close collaboration with your manager, you also manage the unit's finances and budget. The role involves broad responsibility that includes methodology development, marketing, quality assurance and work environment issues. You will be part of the management group for the Region Open Care, Supported Housing and TFCO – a national region where collaboration and experience sharing are central to creating the best possible conditions for our children and young people. You will receive support from professional functions within HR, finance, quality and marketing. Some on-call management duties are included in the position. Main Responsibilities Lead and structure the operational work at the unit. Take responsibility for personnel, work environment and budget monitoring. Drive quality and development work and ensure compliance with methods. Activelywork with customer focus, marketing and procurements. Administer systems including Journal Digital, IDOK and Stratsys. Recruit and develop foster families. Qualifications, Experience and Personal Qualities We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or other relevant higher education. You have several years of experience working within the areas covered by the Social Services Act, preferably specifically within open care or supported housing. Experience from a leadership position is considered highly meritorious. As a person, you are used to working independently and taking responsibility for your tasks, but you also need to be comfortable working in a team and seeing Humana as a whole. You are confident as a person and a natural sounding board for employees. You are business-minded and goal-oriented with the ability to see the big picture, meaning that areas of client, customer, finance and quality go hand in hand. You are driven and stress-resilient and see the importance of having close and active leadership. You have good organizational skills and enjoy working in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
