We are looking for someone who wants engaging, developing and meaningful work. As a unit manager, we expect you to lead the operation toward set goals in a positive and committed way, with responsibility for finances, personnel, work environment and service quality. You will be part of the home care management team and are expected to actively participate in the department's development work. An important part of the role is enabling employees to grow and develop by increasing opportunities for influence and participation. In your role as unit manager, you represent the employer and are a good role model. You communicate our values—Respect, Responsibility and Collaboration—throughout the organization. Your leadership is relationship-building and you trust your employees' commitment and willingness to take responsibility. You recognize and develop your employees' skills and keep your team engaged and involved in the work. Close leadership where you balance management, presence in operations with administrative duties is an important part of the unit manager role. QUALIFICATIONS We would like you to have a university degree relevant to the field and deemed appropriate by the employer for this position. We also see that you have experience with personnel, finance and operational responsibility, and are familiar with the legislation governing our area of operations. You are open to change and interested in leading and developing the operation. We see you as someone who is skilled at motivating, inspiring and developing people. As a unit manager, you employ a coaching, hands-on leadership style and promote collaboration, influence and participation in daily work at your unit. You have a natural ability to spread work joy and help your employees develop and grow. You also work closely with your colleagues. As a person, you have a trustworthy manner and an ability to build good, long-term relationships. You lead and follow up on operations in a methodical way with strong user focus and ensure that prerequisites, requirements and expectations are clear.
