At Folktandvården, you will have the opportunity to lead one of our larger units that includes the clinics Eyra, Hallsberg, and Askersund. Together on the unit, we are approximately 60 committed employees. As unit manager with us, you get the opportunity to contribute with your commitment, experience, and drive. The role requires present and clear leadership, where you create direction, build trust, and bring your employees along in the development. You will be part of the general dental care management group and are responsible for your own unit leadership. Within the unit there is an assistant unit manager, dental care management coordinator, and unit coordinator who together with you lead the unit. To support you, you also have functions such as HR, financial controller, communications officer, and our development unit. Improvement work with us should be based on strong patient focus, both in terms of accessibility, quality, and patient experience where employees are naturally involved in the development forward. Eyra is centrally located in the east of Örebro and is an attractive clinic for both staff and patients. We perhaps have the city's best location on the sixth floor with panoramic views over the city. The premises are new with 12 bright, spacious treatment rooms, a welcoming waiting area, conference room, and pleasant staff room. Eyra has high equipment standards with digital scanning, panoramic X-ray, microscope, and modern sterilization. Eyra has approximately 19,000 patients. Hallsberg with 8 treatment rooms and Askersund with 4 treatment rooms have well-developed cooperation. Hallsberg is close to the city center and railway station in a property area where there is also a health center, municipal housing, and psychiatry. Commuting options from Örebro are good. Askersund is staffed by treatment providers from Hallsberg a couple of days a week. The clinic is a popular and pleasant workplace in nice premises. In the same building there is a health center. Hallsberg and Askersund together have approximately 12,000 patients. Responsibilities As unit manager, you have overall responsibility within the unit for operations, personnel, and finances. You are responsible for leading, planning, and developing the unit. You are responsible for care and personnel planning where you collaborate with the clinic's management support. You are also responsible for the clinic's work environment efforts, budget, and follow-up. You contribute to Folktandvården's development together with your colleagues and employees, and you work for Folktandvården and the region as a whole. You actively work to ensure these values permeate the entire operation. In your role as unit manager, you report to and are subordinate to your operations manager for general dental care. There are opportunities to work clinically part of the time. Qualifications We are looking for someone with dental education and we also see that you have professional experience from dentistry. Personal qualities we consider important to succeed in this role are good leadership skills and collaboration ability both within the clinic, between professions, and with other operations, to ensure the patient's best interest. You do not hesitate to take on challenges and convey inspiration and energy. As unit manager, you also need to be confident and stable as well as analytical and driven. In your previous roles, you have demonstrated good results. You should also have high integrity and good financial awareness. Personal qualities are highly valued. It is meritorious if you have previous experience as a manager with personnel and budget responsibility. Leadership training and experience in driving business development, change management, and work environment efforts are also meritorious.
