DUTIES We are now looking for an operational unit manager who wants to drive the development of the Aftermarket Unit at Regionfastigheter. The position involves management responsibility of approximately 40 percent and remaining time performing operational work as an aftermarket coordinator. As a manager leading employees, you take your operations in the expected direction toward your operational goals. Your employees' engagement is crucial to success in your assignment, and you value coaching, giving feedback, evaluating performance, promoting collaboration, and creating a good work environment. Together with your employees, you develop operations through efficient working methods with high quality and continuously follow up for learning and further development. You have employer and management responsibility that encompasses employees, operations, and finances. The employee group currently consists of five employees, three of whom work with aftermarket and two with physical accessibility in Region Skåne's premises. As an aftermarket coordinator, you take on a central role in ensuring quality after completed construction projects within Region Skåne's property portfolio. You are responsible for warranty management, lead warranty inspections, and drive disputes with contractors when needed, always with a focus on clear and legally sound requirements. In the role, you combine operational work with leadership by coordinating the team and creating momentum in the unit. You collaborate closely with operations, financial, and technical managers to lay the foundation for long-term functioning property management, while also contributing to continuous development by feeding back experiences and improvement insights to the organization. Possible work locations for the position are Malmö, Lund, Kristianstad, or Helsingborg. Since our customers are Region Skåne's operations located throughout Skåne, travel within Skåne is included in the position. We offer the possibility to work remotely based on operational needs. You have experience from the construction contractor level and have good knowledge in building and/or installation technology, contractor law (AB 04 and ABT 06), and contract law. Furthermore, you have good language skills in Swedish in both speech and writing and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package. As travel is included in the position, a valid B driver's license is also required. If you have previous experience as a manager or leader, this is an advantage, as is if you have management or leadership training. Additionally, negotiation experience as well as experience in aftermarket and warranty management are advantageous.
