Your Assignment As a unit manager, you will be part of a unit within the Technology Department. The department's task is to provide FRA with the technical systems needed for operations. The department develops, manages, and deploys new technical systems as well as manages maintenance of existing systems. We are looking for you to mainly be responsible for leading, planning, and driving the unit regarding operations, personnel, work environment, and budget in accordance with the department's processes and established goals. Your work tasks primarily consist of: Recruiting personnel Developing functioning teams with clear accountability Leading in accordance with FRA's leadership policy through the agency's processes and upholding the agency's core values Developing and motivating your employees and taking responsibility for competence provision and competence development so that they meet today's and tomorrow's requirements Responsible for ongoing follow-ups, salary-setting, and coaching employee and development discussions Your work tasks include providing support to your Agile DevOps Teams and having technical delivery responsibility for systems and services. You will work operatively with work management and help create, develop, and maintain routines and conditions for delivering technical solutions. Furthermore, you will identify and represent the needs that exist in operations and participate in business development. Your Qualifications We are looking for you who have: Post-secondary education in IT, or equivalent competence acquired through work experience Experience in a leadership role Experience coaching/developing employees/teams Good and broad IT knowledge Experience recruiting personnel Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing We consider it a merit if you have: Knowledge of ITIL Completed leadership training Experience with agile work methods, such as the SAFE framework Worked with efficiency improvements and standardization Experience with networks and/or cloud solutions Category B driver's license You Are We are looking for someone with the following qualities: Goal and Results Oriented: Works toward goals and focuses on results. More Information The workplace is located near Drottningholm, approximately 10 minutes from Brommaplan. Swedish citizenship is a requirement as employment at FRA involves placement in a security classification. A requirement for employment is approved security clearance with background check.
