As a unit manager, you work to create a safe and developmental environment for both residents and staff. Your main responsibilities are to lead, organize, and develop the operations in accordance with applicable legislation, objectives, guidelines, and within financial frameworks. The position includes personnel, budget, and workplace environment responsibility for the operational area. You are expected to be active in the area's development work and contribute your knowledge and experience in our management meetings. Within the management group, we work with housing units with special services and daily activities. As a new member of our team, you will have a mentor in the form of a senior colleague.
