About ASIH Täby Aleris ASIH (Advanced Home Healthcare) is part of the Community Care business area and offers qualified specialist care in the patient's home. We care for patients with complex medical conditions and work person-centered with the goal of creating safety, continuity, and high medical quality. At ASIH Täby you will meet an engaged multiprofessional team consisting of nurses, nursing assistants, physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, and a social worker. As unit manager, you lead the operation together with specialist physicians and are responsible for an engaged team of nurses and nursing assistants. Your Assignment As unit manager, you have overall responsibility for the operation. You lead the daily work and create conditions for a safe work environment, high quality, and good results. You work close to the operation and are available for your staff. Through clear and trust-based leadership, you create engagement, participation, and development. In the role, you are responsible for, among other things: Staff, work environment, and competence development Finances and operational results Quality and improvement work Planning, follow-up, and operational development Ensuring, together with medical responsible parties, patient-safe care of high quality. Your clinical experience is an important asset. You serve as support for the team in complex care situations and contribute safety, structure, and professional assessments when needed. You will become part of an experienced and engaged leadership team where collaboration, knowledge exchange, and shared development are part of everyday work. We are looking for someone who is a confident leader with a genuine interest in people and operational development. You are attentive, clear, and have the ability to create engagement and participation. You are comfortable making decisions, prioritizing, and driving change work while remaining present in everyday operations. We see that you have: Registration as a nurse, preferably a specialist nurse Experience in management or leadership roles in healthcare Good clinical competence and an interest in person-centered care. It is an advantage if you have experience from ASIH, palliative care, oncology, or other advanced specialist care. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
