About the role As unit manager, you lead the Strategy and Planning unit, the division's hub for governance, strategy, governance, and planning. The unit works within a broad area spanning from project and assignment management, enterprise architecture and supplier management to business development, AI, and innovation leadership. With a varied day-to-day, you will: Lead and develop the Strategy and Planning unit and create clear goals and priorities for the team. Take responsibility for the division's strategy, business plan, governance model, and portfolio management. Ensure effective governance models, high quality in decision-making materials, and strategic deliverables. Drive and prioritize division-wide issues and matters and ensure decision-making materials and implementation reviews. Contribute with strategic advice, analysis, and perspective in the division's development. Represent the division and contribute to collaboration in cross-functional forums. We see that you have: University education in a relevant field Experience as a leader in the IT field Experience with strategy work, governance, and/or portfolio management Good understanding of relevant regulations and frameworks (NIS2, EU AI Act, GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, as well as COBIT, TOGAF, or equivalent) Experience from transformation environments as well as municipal or publicly owned operations is a merit.
