The Social Services Department is now seeking a unit manager for the nursing unit in municipal primary care.

WORK DUTIES
The nursing unit is part of the municipal primary care/assessment unit for elderly and people with disabilities. Municipal primary care is divided into a nursing unit and a rehabilitation unit. The nursing unit consists of approximately 28 employees distributed among nurses, district nurses and nursing assistants. The task of the nursing unit is to provide good health and medical care in cooperation with, for example, the region in the individual's home, which can be in ordinary housing as well as in special accommodations for the elderly or in our facilities under LSS legislation.
As a unit manager with us, you have overall responsibility for personnel, finances, quality and development. You report to the operations manager in the area and are part of the operation's management group together with the unit manager for the rehabilitation unit, unit manager for the assessment unit for elderly and people with disabilities, medically responsible nurse, medically responsible for rehabilitation and operations developer. The operation you lead is governed by the Health and Medical Care Act and the social board's objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Licensed nurse, 180 credit points or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
• Previously worked as a manager/leader in similar operations.
• B driver's license.
